Practicing faith at church
so we intentionally live it at home
and use it in our daily lives.

Building Bridges with Andrea Fieldhouse

Faith practiced in the homes? We all want this outcome. We’ve all tried guest speakers, resources, handouts and websites. Andrea Fieldhouse has created a winner! Her families can tell you when and how there faith practices are lived out every day, and everywhere.

Families gather around small 2’x2’ tables. They unpack their home altars as Andrea facilitates them in creative practical ways to bless, pray, read, and experience God in our midst. As candles are lit the families practice hands on what they will live out in their homes.

“Don’t expect families to do what they have not practiced hands on in the congregation.” - David Lynn

You shall put these words of mine in your heart and soul, and you shall bind them as a sign upon your hand and set them as an emblem on your forehead. Teach them to your children, talk about them when you are at home and when you are away, when you lie down and when you rise. - Duet. 11:19
